Navigating the workplace can pose unique challenges, especially for individuals with hearing impairments. Connemara proudly collaborates with eDeaf, a leading provider of Skills Development training to deaf people in South Africa.
Through our partnership, we contribute to the advancement of technology at the school. In addition, our learnership programme actively engages and supports young, aspiring professionals with hearing impairments, providing them with employment opportunities and ongoing mentorship to help them realize their full potential.
