Who we are 


Connemara is an accredited training and development consultancy, which provides leadership and people development programmes to both the public and private sector, using innovative approaches which are powered by robust processes and global research. We are informed by fresh thinking, which we use to ignite a passion for learning amongst our clients.

Connemara was established in 1996 with a vision to grow the sense of purpose people gain from the work they do. This has led to us providing leadership, management, supervisory and functional skills development in over 80 organisations, across a variety of industries. Our customised programmes and processes are offered by our Johannesburg and Cape Town offices both locally and internationally. Additionally, Connemara is a leading training company for emerging markets in Africa and the Middle East.

Furthermore, where a project demands, we are able to set up offices on-site which are fully managed by a Connemara team.
