Stress Management
The Stress Management Programme will enable individuals to:
- Define stress and understand the impact of positive and negative stress;
- Define one’s personal stressors, particularly in the business environment;
- Understand the psychological, emotional and behavioural components of stress – positive or negative;
- Gain skills to manage stressors that are within one’s area of influence and control;
- Gain techniques for managing energy and building resilience;
- Gain skills for time management, assertiveness, conflict handling, and tough conversations in order to deal more effectively with stress; and
- Be exposed to “the Corporate Athlete” – lessons from the world of athletes applied to the corporate world.
