The objectives of this programme are to:

• Enable graduates or new recruits to find their way around the business more successfully, and take ownership of developing their careers;
• Minimise the gap between expectations and reality;
• Identify key personal values and explore the fit between the business environment and company values;
• Explore career expectations and create a value proposition; and
• Articulate a personal vision, create realistic goals and construct a personal development plan.
