Transformation and Leveraging Diversity 


The objectives of this programme are to:

  • Engage with transformation as an organisational imperative;
  • Be sensitised to diversity in thinking and behaviour;
  • Develop self-understanding and knowledge of the impact of prejudice;
  • Acquire tools for engaging and managing diverse points of view;
  • Learn skills for connection and become aware of what creates disconnection;
  • Build skills to manage and tolerate complexity and uncertainty in diversity; and
  • Learn skills for facilitating a transformation dialogue.
