Individual, group and team coaching is used widely as a mechanism of reinforcement and support, ensuring the transfer of learning and facilitating the migration to a learning culture within the client organisation. The coaching focus is oriented to the client’s needs, but is broadly aimed at raising individual performance in alignment with critical business objectives.
