Graduate Development Programme
The Graduate Development Programme is a Leadership Development Programme which is aimed at recent graduates to enable them to access, explore and understand various aspects of an organisation. Our approach to learning is to ‘start with the end in mind’, as all leadership development must be aligned with the business strategy. This informs the skills, knowledge and competencies required. Graduates then build competence through experiential learning and demonstrate this competence through application and implementation in the work place.
When designing a Graduate Development Programme, we consider strategy, the environment, competencies, application and measurement, to ensure that both the organisation’s and the graduate’s objectives are met.
