First Line Management
The role that team leaders and supervisors play in organisations has changed significantly over the last ten years. Many individuals in these positions have been given greater responsibility for the hard managerial and people-oriented aspects of the day-to-day running of operational teams. For this reason, our First Line Management programme focuses on those competencies required by managers to perform effectively in this role.
