Accelerated Development Programme
Connemara’s Accelerated Development Programme (ADP) is designed to fast track employees who have been identified as future leaders, in order to equip them for a management position. The programme is tailored to address the operational, technical and business aspects that apply to the specified organisational environment. The purpose of the programme is to deliver people from the internal pool who are competent to assume management positions within shorter time frames, and to increase talent retention for the organisation.
