Strategic Execution

Strategy maps out a clear path that leads to a desired destination, while strategic execution is a facilitated intervention which is designed to create a comprehensive, clear and executable strategic plan. The process enables the formulation of short, medium and long term plans, which are aimed at supporting a business to shift from its current state towards an envisioned future.

The objectives of strategic execution are to:

  • Develop and activate your strategy as a living document, with future directed strategic reviews and updates;
  • Ensure a culture of accountability in the pursuit of your organisation’s envisioned future;
  • Ensure the consistent and relentless pursuit of your destination or envisioned future, through well thought out strategic objectives;
  • Engineer the cascading of the emotional, intellectual and behavioural shift required to manifest the vision within the desired time frame; and
  • Ensure a vision and strategic framework that is consistent with the core values and purpose of your organisation.

Our strategic consultants are acknowledged specialists in their field, with years of corporate and consulting experience. While the unique culture and context of each client organisation necessitates a thoroughly researched and customised process, our approach typically delivers in the following areas:

  • Generating organisational values as a representation of the core ideology and conscience of the business;
  • Defining Valued Behaviours that translate the vision into lived culture;
  • Facilitating an external macro environmental assessment;
  • Assessing the internal capacity and ability of the business to achieve strategic objectives with reference to values, culture, structure, systems, leadership and sources of sustainable competitive advantage; and
  • Engineering the creation of a detailed strategic plan with clear objectives, according to what how, for whom, by whom, when, and with what.
