Developmental coaching is a specialised skill applied in the context of a personalised relationship between an individual and an accredited coach. The process is governed by the co-creation of a focused agreement, linked to corporate vision, values and objectives, which aims to enhance and accelerate the development of potential. It is linked to desired performance, or transformation, in relation to personal and organisational awareness, purpose, competence and well-being.
Connemara’s approach to coaching begins with the premise that the individual is creative, resourceful and whole. Coaching is a well-defined process, with start and end points. It assists people to define clear goals and set a specific time frame in which to meet them.
Our objective is to align the needs and preferences of the company with the candidate in the coaching programme. We do this in series of face-to-face sessions where we observe, debrief and offer comprehensive 360-degree analysis. Telephonic, VOIP and on-line coaching results in fast, direct feedback with measurable results.
