Job Profiling 


Job profiling is used to determine the skills, competencies and behavioural attributes required to perform successfully in a defined position. The process we follow and the specific instruments we recommend depend on the level and nature of the position, the number of candidates involved and the risk associated with placing a person who does not fit the profile in the position.

Profiles are designed in interactive workshops with the relevant stakeholders, however matching against profiles can be done on-line. Individual feedback to candidates is a requirement.
