What we do

Customised Interventions

Many businesses place great importance on external marketing but disregard the value of internal marketing.

Customised interventions consider how a company can best position itself internally. This is done by communicating their strategy, encouraging thought-leadership, promoting acceptable behaviours, positioning their branding and sharing news internally.

Certain situations, whether positive or negative, require specialised solutions. Specific interventions for a client undergoing institutional change can address issues such as retrenchment (people change management), rebranding (corporate repositioning), mergers (culture and value alignment) and acquisitions (internal changes).

Critical success factors for successful execution include:

  • A thorough understanding of the business and its people;
  • Corporate sponsorship and involvement;
  • Robust project management regarding the ability to track progress, rapidly identify lack of traction and the causes thereof, and swift  engagement with the right people in the organisation to take remedial action;
  • An ability to influence key people in the organisation without being seen as “prescribing from the outside”; and
  • Real hard work and a low need for recognition – success is credited to the people in the organisation, not the providers who help to  facilitate the process.
