The founders of Connemara were the pioneers of training and skills development in South Africa. Every member of our team maintains this unique heritage through their specialised knowledge and expertise, with our Directors, Founders and Key Associates remaining at the forefront of the training industry at all levels of the business and public sectors.

Our team is comprised of, amongst others, expert faculty, clinical and industrial psychologists, designers, accredited coaches, professional facilitators, researchers and business leaders. This brings diversity, depth, academic rigour and a comprehensive understanding of both people and business.

In order to provide the depth of knowledge that is required of them, our facilitators receive year-round master facilitation classes, while our coaches are matched to rigorous coaching parameters, receiving ongoing supervision and support from a master coach.

Our offices in both Johannesburg and Cape Town enable us to access unsurpassed knowledge and best practice from each region, with every project supported by meticulous infrastructure.
