The Insights Discovery Personal Profile is a personal development tool which gives individuals an engaging, reinforcing and transformational insight into themselves and others. The output, after completing the 25-frame evaluator, is a 20+ page profile which helps recipients gain a detailed understanding of their personal style, and how it impacts on their relationships in both personal and professional environments.

Insights Discovery Accreditation
The Insights Discovery Accreditation qualifies participants to use the Insights Discovery learning system and the Insights Discovery Personal Profile as part of their learning and development solutions. The four-day Accreditation looks in depth at the Insights Discovery system, the Jungian psychology that underpins it and how to apply this in a practical way to meet specific learning objectives.
The Accreditation teaches practitioners how to deliver Discovery material in a participative and compelling style, as well as gaining an in-depth understanding of the Discovery Personal Profile and how it is interpreted.
At the end of the programme, participants will be confident and competent in their skills to deliver Discovery interventions and to precipitate behavioural change as a result.

Insights Discovery Explorer Modules
Insights Discovery Explorer is a suite of eight e-learning modules that provide learners with the magic of an Insights Discovery experience in an on-line format.
Each visually compelling module is personally tailored to incorporate the relevant sections of the participant’s Insights Discovery Personal Profile – making for a uniquely personal online learning experience.
A team-enabled function means that responses, communication tips, ideas and actions can be shared with other team members and viewed on-line to support a group learning experience and enhance the learning.
Insights Navigator Team Effectiveness
The Navigator Team Effectiveness explores the team’s capability against the 32 issues of the Insights Team Effectiveness Model. This enables team members to self-assess and also gain feedback from others. This helps the team and the individuals within that team to create action plans for continuous improvement. Pre and Post measures mean that progress can be measured.

Insights Navigator Sales Effectiveness
The Sales Effectiveness Navigator enables sales people to receive feedback on their capabilities at each stage of the sales process and to review their overall sales effectiveness against twelve critical success factors. Individuals make an assessment of their own effectiveness by completing a 72-statement evaluator. A group of respondents are then selected to complete the same exercise, giving the salesperson their perception of his or her capabilities. This comprehensive report is the foundation for a comprehensive Sales Effectiveness Programme.
